Staker & Parson Cos. recently won the National Asphalt Pavement Association's 2004 Community Involvement Award for its "Rocks Build Our World" program, an outreach program for elementary schools that includes tours of the company's corporate offices in Ogden and classroom visits targeted to fourth graders.
